The renovated northern section of Longwood Park reopened recently with a new Dogwood Pavilion, restroom, kitchen, playground, relocated kayak shack, repaired pedestrian bridge and ADA parking (total project cost nearly $3.5 million). Additional lighting will be added over the coming years.
