SPORTS NEWS

  • North Hall's defensive back Walker Davis (17) committed to a Division I football program after leading the Trojans as one of the top tacklers over the past two seasons. His decision follows strong performance during recent scrimmages.  The Gainesville Times
  • Chestatee's two-way standout Ben Plemons, who posted nearly 800 rushing yards last season, committed to a Division-III football program to boost his career with the War Eagles.  The Gainesville Times
