ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Two pedestrians—one in a wheelchair—were hit by a turning vehicle at the Bradford and West Academy Street intersection in downtown Gainesville late Monday morning after 11:20 a.m.; one is in critical condition while the Georgia State Patrol investigates.  AccessWDUN

  • A Gainesville man, Pedro Cucuy-Quib (39), was seriously injured in a stabbing on the 3100 block of Barrett Rd. over the weekend when his male roommate allegedly attacked him with a knife, and police are investigating the incident.  AccessWDUN
  • Authorities say a Gainesville man was stabbed by his roommate over the weekend—he is hospitalized with serious injuries.  The Gainesville Times
  • Hall County Sheriff’s Office said a Gainesville man, Pedro Cucuy-Quib, was stabbed at his Barrett Rd home when his male roommate, who had been drinking, attacked him and fled on foot during an early Saturday manhunt with a K9 team—leaving investigators working to confirm the suspect’s identity.  97.5 Glory
