- ➤ Friday morning, state patrol said Daniel Thomas Davis, 35, from Jefferson is facing murder and several other charges for leading a state trooper on a high-speed chase south of Gainesville on Wednesday night that resulted in the death of Agustin Rivera, 50. 97.5 Glory
- ➤ A Hoschton man, Charles Andrew Kucera (38), was arrested on Thursday after video evidence linked him to smashing the front door at the Joint Smoke Shop and Lounge on Winder Highway with over $700 in damage, and he remains in Hall County jail on a felony charge without bond. AccessWDUN
