- ➤ Hall County recorded a 3% unemployment rate in July—down from 3.2% a year ago—and its labor force dropped by 477 to 108,702. The county ended July with 107,900 jobs, which is 900 fewer than the previous month and 500 more than last year. 97.5 Glory
