- ➤ Developers from Project Turbo proposed a 119-acre data center on O’Kelly Road that would create 900,000 square feet of building space. If approved, the project is expected to be worth $1.2 billion and yield $25 million in tax revenue annually — county commissioners will discuss it at a Sept. 15 planning meeting. WSB-TV
