- ➤ The Gainesville City School System reported Wednesday that the Class of 2025 earned a composite ACT score of 22.3, up from 20.4 last year and above the state average (21.4) and national average (19.4); the district also noted strong scores in English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science that boost student readiness for college admissions.
