- ➤ Atlanta Botanical Garden in Gainesville is hosting its first annual Gainesville Glows holiday light show featuring 12 miles of string lights, 2,300 color blossoms, 600 luminaries — and nearly 50 handmade lanterns to brighten the garden for holiday visitors. The Gainesville Times
- ➤ The Georgia Mountains YMCA in Gainesville is asking community members to help children in need receive a gift for Christmas through its Tree of Giving Program. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ NGHS Marketplace raised more than $320,000—its largest total ever—to support Safe Kids Northeast Georgia and help reduce accidental injuries among children. The three-day event, held at Ramsey Conference Center at Lanier Tech last weekend, featured more than 60 merchants, family-friendly activities, and contributions from dedicated volunteer leaders. 97.5 Glory
