- ➤ Law enforcement and volunteers have paused formal search efforts for Gainesville native Charles Hosch (67) after expected Saturday rain stalled work along the Byron Herbert Reece Trail, where he was last seen on Nov. 11. - ➤ Hall County School District’s Agribusiness Center, known as The Farm, was awarded the Fall Garden of the Season distinction by the Georgia Department of Education’s School Nutrition Division for excellence in farm-to-school programs and local food sourcing. The center offers hands-on agricultural learning—students work with bee hives, meat science, and cattle raising while nearly 5,000 students took field trips and over 900 community members joined tours last year.
